I currently use bulls eye hickory for my ribs. First I slow cooking the ribs in "all natural" apple juice for 6-8 hours then throw on the BBQ on high for 15 minutes, put on the bbq sauce, then turn to low for another 5 minutes. Meat fall off the bone. Lately I'm gettin bored with the sauce, so I'd appreciate any suggestions.
