Can't fault Tampa for filling a need, 'cept I'm still sold on trading down in their situation, even if you don't get much of anything in return. That late round pick you get just could pay off. Too many teams in the first round didn't work deals. Perhaps it's just that hard. I really don't know, but have to wonder.
