I'll read it for you.
Pentecostals, Jehovah's Witnesses and Baptists have the lowest incomes.
Hindus, Jews and Anglicans have the highest incomes.
So, are Pentecostals, JWs and Baptists stupid or just lazy?
And Hindus, Jews and Anglicans - do they work really hard, or are they just smarter?
Your call. :0corn

Tithing is a matter of the heart.
Contributions might be given because one believes in the ministries of the church and would like to support those efforts. For example, our church operates and maintains three buses. Every Sunday, these buses travel to low income housing projects to bring young people to Kids church. For ninety minutes, they are part of a safe, supervised environment where they can experience some semblance of order and structure. Fuel is expensive. So is bus maintenance not to mention other related expenses. If your church has active ministries which you can see with your own eyes and are open for anyone to participate, then you understand.
Otoh, contributions might also be given by some one who feels guilt and a sense of shame for their evil, sin-soaked life and is trying to buy favor with the Almighty. Imo, this is the wrong approach, but we all have individual liberty. However, there is One who knows the intent of the secret chambers of the heart.
Christian charity has nothing to do with liberal or conservative. It's far more personal.
I've heard some say it's not how much you give...
t's how much you keep.
