Overall, I think the Spurs are a much better team and think that Duncan was hurting way more than he was letting on. Ginobli was unstoppable until the thigh bruise and that slowed him down a lot. He came up big in Game 7. Horry played pretty bad in Game 6, and could have been partly due to re-injuring his shoulder in Game 5. (Of course I really think that Horry just naturally prefers Game 7).
Not saying that the Pistons didn't have any injuries, but the Spurs just seemed to really dominate when healthy.
