Interesting site

I know the founder of this site. Very interesting approach in terms of data collection and analysis. I won't go into much detail here but check it out. Jack, don't know if this goes against the rules but this site (last year was first year) was of *great* value to me last season. This is FREE, not a subscription site. I guess they make their $$ from clicks and advertisers. Anyway, wanted to pass it along:

If they change to pay/subscription or something, I'll let you know but I appreciate your willingness to let guys here check it out. Their numbers/projections, both college and pro, are pretty amazing. And for really hard-core stats crunchers, they use a rolling 10-year database that allows you to check just about any metric you'd like.

This is from an email I received tonight. Thought I'd pass it along...

We wanted to alert our users to the fact that our Projected Totals for Week 1 in the NFL are weighted heavily to the Over.

As of right now we are projecting 11 Overs, 2 Unders, and 3 pushes for the 16 games.

Obviously this distribution is unusual, especially in light of the fact that over the last 5 years for Week 1 in the NFL, the Under has been the side in 64.6% of the cases. ?.. Read More ?..
