Badgers d played very well Saturday....hard to defend two pick sixes and a kick off return for a td.

Key will be the Wisky O-Line vs Iowa front 7.

Think that Tolzien bounces back with a solid game...

Five point line move is most assuredly not public money.

Badgers by 7.

(I am biased somewhat)

very good handicapper "Fezzik" (won nfl hilton last year) had a big play on Wisky -1.5. I'm sure someone like Billy Walters moved the line from Iowa -2 to Iowa -1...Fezzik pushed it the rest of the way

Saw this movement also, my initial feeling was Iowa wins in a close one. After thiking further, I dont think I can bet on Iowa again this year, they are out to win games but rarely cover. Think Badgers may be catching Iowa at a good time. Even if Badgers are favored, it is only because they are at home and I still consider it an upset if Badgers pull it off. Iowa screwed me last week so I am going to say badgers win by less than 3.

Good luck, keep an eye out on this one

Pretty big swing, Thoughts?

Hit the Iowa ML +125 now and grab more later in the week if it stays there or moves up. Unlike Michigan and their speed at wide receiver and tight end, Bucky is slow and plodding like Iowa. Iowa is also a much better bet as a dog than a fav; the coaching staff plays to win and couldn't care less about the point spread. Next week will be the week to fade Iowa; like them to get the win straight up this week.

Amazed that Wisky did not open as the favorite here. They will be able to run the ball on that Iowa defense.

I thought Wisky would open up as the small favorite as well....the scores last week were not indicative of their play on the field....

Wisky is a huge play for me....

Afterall #12 Iowa fans stormed the field after beating unranked Michigan:rolleyes:

Iowa has been flirting with losses 2 weeks in a row....they go down in Camp Randall

Agree Reds--both are plodders-watched the Wisky game last week-very storng up front but don't think they will break anything long. To me Iowa's def is comparable to Oh St. I see a close game and 3 pts deciding it. Iowa struggles at Wisly-they have great fan support/involvement there.

When I was a student at UW, Iowa fans always travelled very very well to Camp Randall.

Seemed as if it was a toss up btw Iowa and OSU for most fans who came to town.

YOu are KIDDING, lol!! Go back and look how well Wisconsin has run the ball on Iowa lately....hell go back the last 5 years.

Michigan ran the ball well because 1) they have a mobile QB 2) they run a spread) 3) they have a lot of speed

Iowa plays VERY well against traditional offenses (Wisc, PSU, MN). Even when Iowa was terrible in 2006-2007 Wisconsin struggled against Iowa.

Wisconsin will have to throw the ball well to beat Iowa. I hope people are all over Wiscsonsin...I will take Ferentz and a physical Iowa team with wins over PSU, Arizona, and Michigan over Bielema and a Wiscosnin team that has its best win against Minnesota.

Can't argue the fact Ferentz over Bielema by quite a large margin.

Tolzien (queitly under the radar) has had a pretty decent yr throwing the ball. Wish he would utilize Graham (te) a bit more.

I think he has a good game Sat

And the fans storming the field after the game (drunk college kids, BTW) affects the play on the field how, exactly?

It doesn't...just found it funny that the #12 team's fans would do that after beating an unranked team...I'm all for fan excitement, which makes the college game all the better....but it was a big game for Iowa, lets be honest...they are already talking Rose Bowl....if its happening on message boards, I'm sure its going around campus....good for Iowa...they beat penn state and now michigan...pasadena ticket is all but punched.....however i expect a let down...similar to the one played against arkansas state.....

Iowa is a good team, but they are far from great....story of the game 5 turnovers from mich..1 from Iowa....also 3rd and 12 and 3rd and 24 conversions which Michigan has struggled at getting off the field on 3rd down all year yet Michigan was 30 yards from a fg attempt to win the game......

Penn State game, a game which PSU controlled for 3 quarters before it was flipped off of a blocked punt for a td and Daryll Clark having his worst performance of his career..PSU committed 4 TO's to Iowa's 2.....

Maybe I'm wrong and Iowa has lady luck on their side this year...I mean who blocks 2 back to back fg attempts to beat Northern Iowa?

I like that Iowa is coming off a big win vs Mich

I like that Wisky controlled the game at OSU only to implode on special teams and gave up 2 pick 6's

I like that the game is at camp randall

I like Clay over Robinson

I like Tolzien over Stanzi

Wisky has more speed at Wr then Iowa

I like Wisky's D over Iowa's O then Iowa's D over Wisky's O

its just my opinion....enjoy the game

Iowa isnt a great team - heck I dont think they are even all that good. But a team doesnt have to be all that good to win the Big 11 this year.
