IPad Owners...

I don't even have a laptop or desktop just iPad and cell phone, I like it, my laptop died:shrug:
I wish you could run Flash player but apple has disabled it:shrug: Only thing that pisses me off about it

I have an iPad. Use it regularly to access web, email, etc. If won't be using it as an iPod, then I'd recommend a droid tablet due to flash player limitations.
I might use my tablet if I was on the road a lot but I don't use mine at all because I'm always near a PC or laptop. Why?

It's a step up over a phone, IMO, without being a phone, so you have to carry both. I wish I didn't get mine.
I thought about taking it to the sportsbar with me on Sunday's but I don't like lugging things around with me and I'm on the computer enough already as it is.
And get one of those cases that prop it up because typing with it when it's flat on the table is ackward and typing with it on your lap is too.

no those are microsoft based products. although i'm sure there's a way to use them on it.

I bought Word & Excel on my Macbook Pro so i'm sure there is. If anyone has any experience with it on the iPad let me know. Thanks.
Good to know, I"ll have to look for them. As Jack said, the Ipad didn't replace my laptop. When the laptop is around we are on that. It is handy for car trips, etc where you can get mobile net. And with kids it's really handy.
I use mine at work everyday and love it. I enjoy the portability as I can walk through my business with it and utilize spread sheets and different reports at the flip of a finger . Good Reader is a must have App that i simply touch attachments from email and incorporate into management files that I organize. I have everything that is stored in a PC at my disposal. If you have a job that is on the go, I would highly recommend. If your primary work area is behind a desk, use your laptop. FWIW......
You can easily convert Excel & Word work sheets to Adobe Pro and transport to your iPad or simply open your Excel or Word docs in the Good reader or Doc's to go app to store them there. Pretty simple and much faster than using a PC. :0008
