Seriously, ANYONE? I don't have any money on this game, but I'm surprised there aren't more people on the Pats. I know NE is without Brady, but I haven't been the least bit impressed with SD this year.

Although they have a decent offense, they're allowing 26 points a game, are below average against the run, and have the worst pass defense in the NFL.

The line has been climbing on SD all week. Just curious to hear why people like SD so much.

-New England is 2-8 ATS in its last 10 games
-San Diego is 8-1 ATS in its last 9 games at home

Pats take the cash tonight...I love it how people have flocked the bandwagon after Brady went down - will never see this kind of line value w/ Brady in the lineup...Brady playing tonight - probably a 10 point line swing - because Pats would be -3 minimum...people can do what they want, but I always like siding w/ the Pats w/ points - Belicheck coached team is usually always in the game..

I can understand those stats giving someon a lean on SD, but after watching them play all year I don't think I could take them based on those stats alone. I'm not much of a trend guy though. None of those ATS games were against each other, as far as I know, so it seems kind of like comparing apples and oranges IMO.

I suck at the NFL, so SD may very well win by 28. I just thought there would be more people on NE because, IMO, they are the better team.

maybe, but after what happened in Miami to the Pats on the road, this is not the same team and cassel is not very good. GL with whatever you do.

What a difference Brady makes, eh? With Brady in there, NE is probably the biggest public play week after week. Now all of the sudden they all jump ship?

Everyone is not on the Chargers. It is about 50/50 public. Maybe it is just everyone on this site is on them??

This site is heavily on the Chargers. And the line has moved from 4 or 4' to 6' now. I guess that could be the books fugging with people trying to get them to take NE, but I thought more people were on SD.

too bad sd is 2-3 ATS this year (or 2-2-1 if you got sd + 1 @ den)

Yeah, didn't realize Maroney was out. That may be part of the reason SD is favored by so much.
