Having been in casinos more than my share, I don't doubt the video is exactly what it seems.

Some gambling addicts refuse to leave a slot machine, will sit there for like 10 hours straight and never move. If they have to urinate, they'll either where a diaper, or just say "fuck it" and pee (or worse) on the seat/floor.
