I was in a hurry and only had a case of water and a pack of kaiser rolls but I got over it. He was a nice guy too.

If the sign says 15 items and you let them slide with 23 is 25 ok? 31? Where do you draw the line? Everybody gets a pass but it's for people with LESS items.

I would think 23-25 would be all right. I have went through with 20 before, just know it. Now if he wrote a check or had coupons I would be pissed. The thing I do that probably upsets people is if I know the item is priced wrong - I'll make the cashier do a price check.
