i remember when I was 8 and 9 yrs old...5:00 am Christmas morning and I was WIDE awake...
BRNG ON THE LOOT.....

my mom use to make me wait until sun came up to get her.....

wtf...I've already showered, made coffee, checked to make sure Santa came....stilll all sleeping.....

Spencer:sleep:
Hayden:sleep:
Paxton:sleep:

wife 'shooing' me away and tring to go back to sleep...bulldog snoring like a freight train...


Times have changed....

LOL.... I remember trying to stay up as late as I could on Christmas Eve and then was up at the crack of dawn Christmas Day.

I'm sure they will be up soon enough.

We would stay up until Midnight on the Eve and were allowed to open one present.....but yeah, we'd be up at the crack of dawn tearing into the gifts......

I also am the only one awake in our home right now....have to agree, times have changed...... :bed:

She said grand daughter tore through her presents but my grand son is still on his first one. A truck! :mj07:

Well,

kids got up about 8:30...

CHAOS ensued...

I'm getting orny in my old age....

1. 3 trash bags by my chair
2. 1 present is opened at a time by each child
3. take pictures,...oh and ah over present...
4. wrapping paper is put in trash bag by daddy..
5. child's present is placed in his/her pile
6. REPEAT...



LOL....i'd be up to my knees in paper boxes and those 'fukin' plastic coated wire things that hold the toys in the box...

damn you lucky guys with the late sleepers.

my precious little demons were up at 1AM, 230AM and at some point just before 7am.

its been a long long frigging day today.
