We all like to eat Chicky, but it sounds like you're eating all the wrong stuff? let me guess lots of fast foods and junk foods right?
I can't live without my deep fried chicken wings slathered in Frank's Red hot sauce. Which I'm sure is what makes me fart so much. I eat a lot of hoagies too. Otherwise I do not eat "fast food" per say like McDonald's, Wendy's etc. I'm constipated because I don't drink- at all. That is a really bad thing for me because I am usually in a state of dehydration all the time and I know that's bad- I just can't force myself to drink when I'm not thirsty. I even had an app on my phone that would alert me to drink every hour 8oz at a time and it got to a point where I ignored it and then deleted it because it annoyed me so much. I like my chips occasionally, and soda, and candy. I like to eat cereal for supper sometimes too. I like milk. 1%. I love salsa and chips- the hotter the salsa the better.
