Chicky............I believe you. Maybe try mixing it up a little. How about starting with one good meal a day. Something like salad and soup, or salad and grilled chicken. Maybe you wont be so constipated and fart so much? Just a thought Chicky.

Hahaha. You are def right about that! I actually cut up 3 stalks of celery to eat for lunch yesterday with some peanut butter but the hoagie won. I also keep yogurt here for breakfast but I just never get to it. I have a hard time getting into a routine. Same as running. I've been getting back to running for months now and just can't make myself do it. My 11 yr old son says he's gonna dust me in the 4th of July 5k and right now that's a good possibility.

when I bring a healthy lunch like that, I burn through it anyway and have to get another meal at some point during the day. have you tried the buffalo chick sandwhiches posted on this site? add some jalape?os to that. eating un healthy May not affect you at a young age but continued
eating like you do will most likely catch up to you at some point. I'm in the same boat,

Where is the chicken recipe? I'm down to try anything at this point. I did eat the celery today and was hungry 2 hours later. I started tracking my calories again and hopefully that will help.

Does anybody fast?

I find myself fasting sometimes for one or possibly two meals a day sometimes. Most of the time it's because I'm busy working. One of the things I do if I don't feel like eating is drink a lot of water. Also, I don't gorge myself on the last meal of the day. It's usually a small steak, fish, or salad. I don't do this all of the time because I've found if you do it for a while it's unhealthy. Also, too many days of this and it irritates you.

Having said that, sometimes I'm in the mood to eat unhealthy. I get up and have a full breakfast, chipotle (or something similar for lunch, followed by something greasy or carbed up for dinner. Obviously, you can't do this all the time or you'll begin to feel like shit. A good example is when I'm in Vegas or in New Orleans I almost always tend to eat like this. My first time visiting New ORleans I put on 10 pounds, but it quickly came off when I got back home on my regular routine.

Chicky:

Breakfast.........oatmeal and fresh fruit with almond or rice milk..........no more cow milk

Lunch:..........tuna sandwich with whole grain bread and an apple, honey crisp apples are awesome............no white bread

Dinner: Chicken breast and salad and veg

drink lots of water at least a 1/2 gallon a day or more.

Lunch - I rarely get a chance to eat my first meal of the day before 4p so a I eat whatever I want as long as it isn't fish. I hate fucking fish. Blech.
Dinner-whatever is left from my last meal or maybe some blue bell ice cream.

Except that after breakfast I usually throw down 5 or 6 Crystal Pepsi during the rest of the day that Ive stockpiled off EBAY.

lunch.................. 2 big macs, extra large fries, large coke
