I hear you, It really isn't easy until you are serious. Try this, start next Monday and see if you can last one week. Plan for it, psyche yourself up for it, be positive, tell yourself you can do it. I'll start a Chicky support group page and we'll all help you do this.

Lunch - I rarely get a chance to eat my first meal of the day before 4p so a I eat whatever I want as long as it isn't fish. I hate fucking fish. Blech.
