They have definitely had their share of thugs, I don't know who was alleged with rape but I do know a couple Packers who have and one was convicted, fuck the Packers and Vikings both had a serial rapist, and I don't think people would say Favre was the most upstanding husband and father during his time in Packer land. i gotta wonder how many of you have kids or have been disciplined at all.

did the kid have any bruises above the belt, was he whipped on the back , any broken bones or was he starved or tortured in any way?

the boy was smacked with a skinny switch. not a stick or bat. a switch is used to sting and it is supposed to hurt almost like a belt just smaller.

the kid jumped around and ap missed, maybe he should of tried another approach but unless there are more injuries and more instances that are more sever then this isnt as bad as some make it out to be.

It doesn't seem like the right thing to do, but in the south this happens a lot. Peterson himself was switched, probably from a long line of switchers. My buddy from Houston switched at 4. Maybe people from Texas aren't in their right mind? Hopefully he has learned a lesson and he will become a better father and person
