Jack-

I had a little problem w/ pinnacle which is partially my fault but wanted to know if you could help. They only offer a free neteller w/drawals on $500 and up. So tonight i topped off my account to get it to 500 and then attempted to w/draw. It did not say in their rules anywhere that this is prohibited. They declined my withdrawal, which i must say i understand and a this point i am willing to pay the $15 just to get it out. But now they assessed a PENALTY on top of the 15 equal to what it would have costed to deposit via neteller (it was free before obviously). Nowhere in their rules does it say anything about a penalty or these circumstances and i feel like i'm being blackballed. My money is basically being held hostage...i mean at what point can i get it out w/out the penalty. IT's as if they are making me roll over my money when no deposit bonus was even in the picture. Please let me know if you can help me out.

never had any problems with pinny before.

but i understand your point. i know you aren't trying to money launder, but they don't necessarily. you can't deposit and then withdrawl again without making a play or books look at it as money laundering.

for future reference, i had a thought that you should deposit to what you need + $5 bucks. then lay -105 on both sides of a total that doesn't end in hook. that way you have wagered your deposit and the most it will cost you is 5 bucks and maybe nothing if you push a total. you will still be at your magic number. they have NO problem if you wager on both sides of something. maybe im just rambling, but im positive books won't let you deposit and withdrawl right away with no action.

jack can probably at least explain it to you better than me.

That makes sense to me I didn't think of it. To be honest I wasn't sure if it was going to work and I'd be willing to pay the damn 25$. It's the fact that nowhere is it in fine print and they simply chose to assess me a penalty, then citing a breach in rules that they say is stated but i cannot find. It's not the money its the fact that I've played there for several years and they've had their share. I explained to them this stance and if they do not wish to be flexible. I guess to them i'm such a small player it doesn't matter, if only they knew the business they will lose in a few years time.

There are plenty of other books out there.
