I don't think there is much to watch here, it seems pretty straight forward.
1. We had an agreement to join the contest with the person finishing lower in the standings getting a perma-ban
2. Jack agreed to perma-ban the loser
3. TheBoys has quit the contest and thus, forfeited.
I don't believe anyone on this forum, including Jack or anyone who supports TheBoys would agree that you can quit ANY contest or agreement part way through and not be declared the loser.
As much as TheBoys likes ripping off Vegas I can't imagine anyone, including him, being allowed to place a bet and then getting his moneyback after the first quarter because his team is losing.
It just doesn't work that way. Is there anyone here who would say TheBoys has the option to quit without being declared the loser?
