I carry concealed, legally, and pulled up my jeans while arguing with a trouble maker neighbor in the street and he seen my gun & told the cops I opened my jacket on purpose so she could see it.
Never touch it or the holster.
Doesn't matter in my town I guess.

I'm still stunned.

Check your laws... I know its a misdemeanor, but gun laws have mandatory sentences.

If the cops at the scene didn't mirandize your rights then its probably not that big of a deal. I am probably blowing it out of proportion, but I hate to see dumb asses get law abiding people in trouble, and I'm assuming you're law abiding :mj07:

maybe you have a friend thats a lawyer, call him and just ask him for some advice on what to do. he will probably know how the courts will handle it.
