Quick, easy, and most importantly, good! Below is most of the things I use. Went with the rotisserie Cajun fryer to save a little time. Couple of tablespoons of hot cajun seasoning, couple of bay leaves, parsley, garlic, hot sauce.

Add rice, 2/1 broth/rice ratio. Turn heat to low and put lid on. After 15 minutes stir. Turn heat off and let sit an additional 15 minutes

Many different variations and I add things as well as leave things out that others may not. Have fun with it and make it however you wish:toast:

Looks good, and easy! No shrimp?

JB

Yep shrimp is great in it as well, just didn't use it this time. Me, recipes, and strict measurements don't see eye-to-eye. Aside from basic flavor bases, one of my favorite things about cooking is experimenting. :toast:

looks great

i love a good chicken and andouille jambalaya. the secret to me is to go heavy on the andouille and use twice as much onion as you think would be necessary.

i will post for you the wally tallion pork jamablaya recipe. it is the best i've had.
