I have seen bad bad crack problems 10+ years ago with some of the people I hung around and tried pretty much everything, but have never been like that bad..... It was scary.. WAY GONE.... N Nervous. Phoenix was on something, he was not acting. He hasn't cut his hair, shaved or taken a bath in who knows how long. He is depressed and is calling out for help, very sad, he will be dead in a year or on celebrity rehab, or both.
