Been monitoring a Cyclone message board and a guy there was saying it was going to happen, but others said he was full of crap. Glad to know there was some truth there.
I now see this game playing out a little differently. A quick mobile QB has always given TCU fits. I'm sure there will be a few plays where the defense leaves the middle of the field open and he just takes off for big chunks of yards.
Still think the TCU D will keep the score low. Redzone defense has been great for TCU so far. The offense is a different story. The backup RBs need to step up their game or TCU is in danger of becoming a one-dimensional team. A balanced attack has been the offensive plan at TCU since Coach Patterson took over. The OL can't handle opponents rushing the QB on every down if they have to pass all the time.
Weather should be fine, so no more excuses for TCU's offense about not holding onto the ball. I'm going to pass on this game and try to enjoy it with my lady friend. Thought my Dad was going out of town and invited a friend of mine to go with me to the game. He understood. :0074
