My question is, why does it even matter, I'm still willing to play him in March, send 500.00 to MJ this week, and let him choose the course.

So If I was just his friend then he should be ecstatic, however, like I said I will go get some proper legal documents (ex., birth certificate) and prove who I am. However, if I'm going to go through all of this trouble and he backs off he should be penalized.

Sounds good to me... I will drive over tomorrow to my parents house tomorrow and pick up my birth certificate (I'm sure they have an extra one), plus, I will grab some of my pictures when I played at BSU and download them.

However, after I post this there is no backing out of the bet and if he does it's a $1000.00 penalty. If he agrees to this then I will go through the trouble of getting the crap.

Seems fair. Surely a man of character such as Agent would be true to his word if you can prove that you are indeed who you say you are. As to why it matters, well he agreed to play you not someone else.

I think most are alluding to, is DD Kenny Cook? Getting a check from Kenny Cook doesnt really prove a thing, because if DD isn't Kenny Cook, but Kenny is a friend filling in for DD, I am sure Kenny would be ok sending over $500.

The easiest way to do this would be a picture driver's license, does it match up to what DD looks like, ie. height weight and so on. He said he was 6'2" and 220. Any statistics out there on Kenny Cook, I couldn't find any just articles, no pictures or bio.

Alright, I'll come clean I'm not Kenny Cook, he is a good friend of mine and I just wanted to bust Agent's balls a little bit since he's always bragging about how good he is in golf. It was fun for awhile, but MJ busted me. I'm a decent golfer, but I'm sure Agent could take me.
