Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine indicated on Wednesday that should Johnny Manziel commit another off-the-field transgression this time around after again being named the team?s starting quarterback, it will spell serious trouble for the second-year player.

Pettine added that Manziel?s off-the-field issues were more ?deep-rooted? than the organization originally suspected before drafting him, the first time anyone in the organization has made such a comment.
"Obviously, there's a way to conduct yourself that 31 other guys in the league do each and every week," he said. "You have to follow that example and realize that this is a very prestigious situation that I'm in being a starting quarterback in the NFL, so I have to take pride in that and act accordingly."
