Eagles Running Backs

" When the season started, Buckhalter figured to be getting most of the work. He had 856 yards rushing and averaged 4.5 yards per carry as a rookie in 2001, but missed last season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in the team's first minicamp.
''It feels nice to do whatever I can to help my team win,'' Buckhalter said. ''We have three good backs. It's kind of hard to please all three of us.''
Each of the three backs adds a different dimension to Philadelphia's offense. Westbrook, the leading rusher with 323 yards, is the quickest and fastest runner. Buckhalter brings a combination of speed and power. Staley is the most sure-handed and is the best receiver of the trio.
''I think you need the three running backs,'' Eagles coach Andy Reid said. ''They're comfortable going into the game. I think it's a great situation to have.''
Buckhalter's 100-yard rushing performance was the first by a Philadelphia player this season. His 15 carries were his most since he ran 20 times in the final regular-season game in 2001.
Buckhalter fumbled for the second straight week, but Reid went right back to him instead of letting him dwell on the miscue on the sidelines.
''I know that Coach Reid and the whole offense have confidence in me,'' Buckhalter said. ''I know I'm better than that and it's something I'm going to have to correct.''

KoD = King of Dogs. Though why I'm not sure, seems he likes to take mostly favorites.

TITFD = A Throw It The F*ck Down play. Kiss of Death may also be appropriate though.

thank you for your continued support. Sometimes its chalk and sometimes not. The thing is you have to be able to consider any winning play if there is logic and reason behind it.

Finally, Wade Phillips is benching Buchanan and a couple others that have played horrible, but rookies are taking their place.

This team is dead last in every aspect of defense.

You cant bet on a team that sucks this bad. But hey, wasnt your last lock Virgini Tech -13 against West Virginia?

Another one of my bashing followers. Nice to see you again.

I lost a few bucks on VT big deal. I did learn not to bet against Wilson and his stupid WV team.

Kade - let me bring you up to speed here. I didnt make a play in this thread . If you will notice the first post says John 3:16. In other words the Falcons need some serious praying time to pull out a win on the Eagles. My Falcons play is posted in NFL match up forum.

Well it is the Falcons but I still have to make a winning play. And since I am following them through the whole season I got to do something.

I looked at quarter and half time plays for a long time. I took all the stats from the Eagles and Falcons games to see if there was a advantage in any particular quarter for either team.
I saw nothing that looked like a play.
The numbers were close so I scrapped that idea.

Then I went to totals. You just never know if the Falcons will score a TD or get shunted. So I scrapped that idea.

McNabb and his two healthy running backs should win this game.
Wade Phillips changing to the 4-3 in mid-season is moronic.
Using second and third string players in the Secondary in the NFL is moronic. Vick pretending his leg still hurts is moronic. Team in chaos.
