I say the same thing. Syracuse was hacking at the ball all night inside. But that call in the first half when they called the charge instead of the block was the Difference in the game. The Texas game was ref'd the same way. ANthony got away with many pushes in that game.
That 5th foul on Langford was unbelievable, they trips himself and the whistle blew. It would have been nice to see him in there at the end. Final shot sees Heinrich get slammed out of bounds as he shoots. Shall I continue......

You can complain about hacking all night long but no one is hacking at the free throw line, 12-30 by the so called senior led team. Collinson 3-10 from charity. 4-20 from 3 point land doesn't help either. complain all you want but the cuse simply outplayed kansas tonight. shut the fast break down and pack in the zone and dared kansas to beat them from the outside and they just didn't get the job done. give the cuse a little bit of credit. Always cracks me up that the officials are the ones to blame. stats don't lie in this case.

No reason Anthony should get more respect out there than Hinrich...especially to this degree.....he was out there bowlign people over, hooking, taking 3 stepts, carrying the ball on the dribble, taking a step before putting it on the floor, climbing up the back. etc. etc.

Being Vulcan I am neutral. I must say S'cuse got away with at least 2-3 travelling calls .. and Kansas got screwed on a couple of ghost calls .. especially the offensive foul & the call when the guy tripped.
I did not have even a penny on the game [dont follow ncaa] but refs did blow quite a lot of calls.

:nono:and i disagree....i think Hinrich will be a very good NBA player...not in the league of Anthony, but i think he will be a very good 2 guard....

Freeze since you got that big chicken hawk avatar I take it your are a big k.u. fan. I would like to know what the papers say tomorrow in Lawrence. Also I wonder why no one is asking Williams why he had is starters out on the floor late in the maquette game saturday. They looked awfully slow tonight. Syracuse beat them down the floor all night long. Just curious if they will run him out of town now.
