The part that pisses me off the most is that 5d is one of the better books around... in terms of lines offered, true odds etc-

They are beyond remedial in customer service and every payout I have received from them has been slow.

At this point just want the money so I can get my wife off my back... She is constantly in my ear now

You know the worst part Kick... I started with my hat in my hand... Was polite... it went south real quick. I asked why it went south and he said it was because I was a douche. He fucking said that to me... You know when kids hide behind a keyboard they will say anything to a man. It actually made my heartbeat a little faster which is funny because I deal with employees all day so I am used to dumb shit but this was next level. I wish he would have just said- MR. XXX we are booting you because you are hitting us too hard dont hide behind some bullshit. I know I have to let it go but wow this was really next level... With no recourse. Thats the thing in the end- No recourse-
My last run in with him 2 weeks ago I was able to use it to fuel me and then I made a few dimes betting the womens games the last few days. I put in a payout request on Monday and then all of the sudden my account is suspended.


I am going to get my money- But folks I would recommend real caution with dealing with this book- It is obvious there are REAL issues there. If you watch the live wagering lines you will see consistent bad lines consistent. If you bet them it then ends where they can cancel any wager they want citing human error. They have the most lines there is no doubt... but at the same time it is obvious they want the recreational player.
IN the end
A) 65% of my wagers were being delayed due to "Line being evaluated"
B) During in game and live wagering they would log me out and force me to log in each time before making wagers and thus causing a delay.
C) I have had my last 4 payout requests delayed by a week+ citing missing information or some other supposed missing detail- I have had this account for years- Nothing has changed since my last payout.
D) Checks not being able to be cashed/deposited- Wells Fargo citing fraud risk
E) Multiple wagers canceled due to human error without obvious human error- Hid behind the human error argument


I loved the book- Most lines on the market. But make no mistake if you are too successful or if you saying cheeseburger when they tell you to say cheese then you will be suspended and ultimately booted.

I can give more many more instances of issues that I had with 5dimes.

Do a search on here and/or do a search on the Web, you'll find tons of examples of Tony in all his glory. And as stated I dealt with him a long time ago and he was a complete asshole back then and it sounds like he has not changed a bit.

I was crushing him on "Live Betting Extra".....so they first lowered my limits. Then a lot of times my screen would go blank and say "Session Expired" while I was still in the Live Betting Extra mode. Then he reduced my limits even more. Finally, he put me on a delay where it spins and counts backwards, sometimes from 10, sometimes from 5. Made me stop playing there.
Tony brags about having the most betting options and the most betting events on the internet. But, when you consistently beat him on sports like women's NCAA basketball, European basketball, Little League, Nathan's Hot Dog Eating contest, etc., he will get very upset with you and collar you.

Musca, I told ya, deposit at TD Bank. I'm pretty sure TD Bank is Canadian (Toronto Dominion). They didn't bat an eyelash when I was depositing checks from 5dimes. And no fees.
Also, Tony knows he puts up bad lines...I remember his rules even saying something like "At no time will it benefit a player to bet into a bad line." It's his way out.
He really needs to stop putting up lines he deems as 'bad." It only creates tons of conflict.

Yes TD is Canadian (headquartered in Toronto, Ontario) I have had an account with them since 1982.

In Canada is goes by the name TD Canada Trust, in USA it goes by the name TD Bank.

kick, it was great. Like I said, no problems with TD Bank and the checks coming from 5 dimes. They all came from banks in Canada..5dimes used a few banks...I think Bank of Canada and even TD Canada Trust.
Now i use bitcoin. That $80 charge for a check was seriously eating into my hard-earned profits. And I think the minimum check account you can request is $1,000. It's HARD to win that way!
