I loved seeing this kid talk about being disciplined and playing smart.. Saying this as he continues to lose 600k to the same guy who keeps pushing his shit in...

Then in the live tourment he drops 130k ???

He strikes me as someone who got extrememly lucky at first and now he is in playing in bigger games with people who actually know what they are doing.

Hes going to fall hard

IMO the first kid won't go broke. He is the exact type of person that can make a living playing poker or for that matter anything that takes discipline and self control. You can guarantee he plays an exact % of his BR and doesn't waiver from it.

The second kid is the kind that will be hooked on coc in a few years and begging family and friends for money to enter tournys.

100% agree. The first kid is never going broke and can probably quit now and never work again. The 2nd kid doesn't have a shot, IMO.

I want to see more, those vidoes are very well done.

Nah - it is just weird that Scott-Atlanta doesn't understand free tables and how they are played. His post has absolutely nothing to do with "player traits" as they are non-existent at free tables. Not trying to run over people - not my intention.

anyway I tried to explain I was a rookie and have never played texas hold em. I understand bluffs
and when you have the nuts with the draw.

I only go into the rookie tables where I have 5,000
in chips to start. I want to play awhile with those chips. Not throw them all in when these guys put up all their money at once ?

I just didnt understand why they do it and if they want to play that way go into the bigger games or something.

And then I wondered if actual on line play was the same ?

But I will figure it out myself if no one is kind enough to answer.
