That was the one with Casey Casem narrating Zack Attack's rise and fall, right? That was a pretty good one. Quite a cautionary tale of how no one band member is above the band as a whole.

Yeah, Jesse was burning both ends of the candle and needed the speed, or so she thought. Until she finally ran out of gas, that is. Another instructive cautionary tale about speed and its dangers.

The Hills was just starting as I was channel surfing last night. I saw the the intro where they had the highlights from last week - including the famous tearful hug with Audrina and the other ho. I couldn't make it any further. So did anything good happen this week?

If we put that shit on at work we'd go out of business because i would be watching it all day. I seriously must have seen each episode at least 3, maybe 5 times. I was never a fan of the super old ones when they were younger but the summer ones with stacey carosi were good..hot little thing.

This is one of the most memorable episodes of them all for me. It legitimately made me scared to try taking anything like that.

SBTB may not be making any more episodes, but the life lessons it taught live on with all of us.
