just checked, mine is june 22-26. i'm surprised i still have it.

Used to go quite a bit. It has been about 8 years though. Oh and Joker ain't Jokin', lol. If you go during the week the average age seems like 55. Gets younger on the weekends though with the boating crowd. Almost always stayed at Harrah's. Food was ok but not in LV'S class. If you hit the water at all, it's COLD because of it coming from the Dam. Of course the air is HOT. 5 degrees warmer then Vegas on average.

it's not Vegas or anything close, so don't expect to see Bett Midler or Celine Dion. (sorry Al, i just had to). It's a sleepy town, mostly retirees. If you love the water there is lots to do, otherwise if your wife wants to shop and see the shows, Vegas is the place.

also July and August are the hottest months. Visualize Death Valley with a river running through it ;)
