I almost edited the pic before I posted to take those out  But thought, nah, no one will notice :0008

New baby + toddler + opening a new practice = weeds!

I did get the lawn sprayed for pre-emergent and a fertilizer treatment.

great work there my friend..

keep the stress off that for the entire growing season..

at least 3 and 1/2 inches high...if ya see some true green or other treatment guys in your travels check with them on the app's they suggest for Spring and Summer..

if you are going to Round up the weeds in the bed consider finding a good size piece of cardboard to act as a "shields up" between bed and that beautiful new tall fescue..Any kind of over-spray will really tick ya off to see a singe of burn..

super job...nothing says my house and or place of business matter better than tall green healthy fescue surrounding the property.

Thanks for the recommendation. I think cutting too short was a mistake I made in the past.

I'm using a service that does 6 different applications b/w spring and fall/winder.
