let me hear your plans for the long weekend. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Had our Christmas with her family last night. Wife and her sister both have to work Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Both are RN's that do weekend option. Will get together with our son and his wife and our BEAUTIFL GRANDAUGHTER and our daughter and her husband monday afternoon for a giftexchange. As for my family,what's left of it all live out of state. (Wisc. Idaho and California)

I will probably end up sucking down a few beers on Christmas Eve with the dog. How exciting does that sound?:shrug:

...the fiancee and I had Christmas at my mother's yesterday. I'm watching bowl games today (while making an ugly attempt to wrap the rest of her gifts) and she's having Christmas with her great grandmother.... Tomorrow is Christmas at her parents home.... (Reminder to self: fill flask) Then, Christmas Day at her house....

Plan to work as little as possible next week and catch a couple of movies....

Two daughters,spouses& 4 grandkids coming in
from Columbus little later todav. Grilling steaks on
patio by the pool for the family. Bad news it`s 45 degrees out .Xmas @ wife`s mother`s house
tommorow night. About 30 relatives there.
Lots of libations there & also when I start grilling
those steaks.
Next Thursday start off driving 1600 miles to
South Padre Texas for two months! Ho! Ho! Ho!

Saturday and Sunday last minute shopping with wifey...happens every year...have gotten used to it. Keeping up with scores over radio makes it exciting.
Monday, Pot Luck at sister's home with other family...long time for us to have gotten together like this...looking forward to it. We are the dessert family...Wife baking a cake and I'll be picking up some pies at Marie Calender's....

having my 1st beer at kickoff of ravens game. a 23oz budweiser draft at 1pm.

then i'll oder a dozen "asian zing" boneless wings.

about 4 more of those 23oz buds during the game and then head home for the xmas eve party.

Finally made it out to the in-laws in Denver...lot of fawkin snow here!! Drinking my first glass of champagne watching the women folk barefoot in the kitchen preparing the stuff for Fondue Party tonight. They go shopping some MORE in an hour or two...I get dropped off at the Old Chicago down the street to watch NFL Package for a few hours...life is good...I hope it never ends:mj07:
