Yes but I figured they would play for a chance to win it. If Okla loses, I am not sure what happens if TT would win.
If OU loses Tech wins due to the H2H tie break over Texas. OU would have 2 losses to Texas & Okie St.
But if TT loses Texas wins the title outright.
Did not read your question correctly. If Okla loses, they will have 2 loses and if TT wins, they and Texas will each have one conf. loss.

Whomever wins the South (OU, UT or TT) will have to play the North champ in the BIG 12 Championship.

That's what I thought. If OU wins they will be tied with Tex and earlier I heard it will be determined by BCS points.

No. If TT loses its over no matter what OU does. Texas would win the South even if OU wins since they have the H2H tie breaker.
OU/OSU would be meaningless in terms of the BIG 12 south title.
