Gotta write one more thing before I post the picks...

THEM BASTAGES TOOK DOWN MY 45-1 WIENER IN THE LAST RACE I PLAYED HERE AT PHILLY

sorry bout that.

Hmm... thought I'd feel better, but I DON'T.

Felt a lot better about yesterday's card but poopoo happens (a little too often lately) and today's card, IF THEY RUNem, has a few so/so races that should produce a price and I'll give it a go to try and find the right ones. I was planning on opening up the ole wallet a little wider yesterday too. Today looks like the kinda day that ya gotta open the wallet wider but to play more tickets and NOT so much more on EACH ticket. Looks like wide open races today and that should spell hefty payoffs. So a little "chasing" is in order.

2nd Race
I'm going with trifectas. The KEY horses are the nos. 2 and 4. On top that is. I believe one of these two should win this race and don't think either will be favored.

4th Race
no. 6 hoss
Trainer, Guerrero ... that would be Guadalupe NOT Carlos that is, is off to MUCH better start this year and Montanez can ride even though he's off to a terrible start. Horse had an excellent workout the other day and should relish an off track. Just take a look at how this one continually mowed em down in N.Y. last year. His first try at Philly which was his last race was right on track. This one has a 7-2 M.L. but don't expect those odds at post time. I'll use this one in Zactas.

BTW, no way I'm gonna let the no. 7 go without me in this race as well. Bet him pretty good in his last. LUVED this one a WHOLE lot in it's last race which was a $47K allowance race and today it's in this $5K claimer. I know that doesn't look too inviting, but I'm very familiar with this one. Beside, the MOOCHer is onboard. This one gets bet straight.

7th Race
What a freakin interesting race. This is one of the those races that are NOT playable (too competitive) but there's just no way I can stay out of it. BIG problem is that each one you look over looks better than the last one you checked out and they ALL look like wieners. Even worser. the hose that my figures comes up with doesn't match a lot of the others that are qualitatively better. DANG. And those figures come up MUCH better for this one than the others. Throwing my hands up and gonna play the one with the strong figures (no. 3, Son of Posse with the 20/1 M.L.) and the no. 5 (I'm Broke with the 12-1 M.L.). BTW, I can tellyas one thing -> you won't go broke playing any horse with Conquistador Cielo's bloodlines if the track is wet and the wetter -> the better. May play one top/bot with all and the other straight across.

G.L.

Hey Jimbo,

The Sports of Kings Gods must know when you are making a financial move on some of the his 4 legged creatures. Both horses in the 4th race has been scratched!

Well, not the best of starts that's for sure. The no. 3 was NO PLACE on my trifecta ticket. The 6 and 8 were in the right places too. The no. 3 WAS on my side order of exactas...

BUT, it looked like this -> no. 3 top/bottom with 2,4 :(

Short writeup here, not so short loss for me. SOB.

Well, the track is fast and we just started to fight.

BTW, looks like I'm gonna have to try a little harder with jtc1984 on my side.

Remember, jtc.. small bets to start.. I feel SURE that the bankaroo WILL grow while we're keep the risks small. But, DO go heavier when I mention that about a play. A stinken 2 dollar play on one of our BOMBERS will do the trick. Exactas do most of the work though.

Now, if we can find HogMan, we can even add another chair to this "forum". LOL.

Let's see what happens in the 7th. MIGHT find something in the 6th... don't stray too far.

Oh no.. I just noticed what the 7th race looks like. "Posse" scratched and "Broke" was a sloppy track play.

I did put in the 2nd race and 4th after I posted much earlier. The 4th gets refunds. AND I did NOT put in the 7th cause I thought I'd get to see that race LIVE. And I will.

We'll see what they look like, I do have my figures for the 7th race. Unfortunately, it is one tough race to figure though. Maybe there's a looker in there.

Just for info.... no. 3 is a bit of a LOOKER in this 6th race. Think I may pass... wouldn't if I was ahead for today though.

Somebody musta known something about that 6th race. I was watching the no. 3's odds real careful like. In the last flash she went from 3-1 to 9-2

That moola went on the no. 4. Don't like seeing that :nono:

My intentions were to play the 3 with the 4 and 7 (zactas) but didn't anticipate the nice Philly style exacta payoff ($24 + which is quite generous for those two hosses). Didn't play a thing.

NOW... that 7th wace puzzle. Grrrr

In a GAMBLING mood? Well, the nos. 1 and 4, BOTH value plays. Both are for semi-degenerates.

I just may do the wheel one top/bot and the other Win/Place routine.

UGH!

DO mark that no. 4 hoss, Sure Got It, for it's next start cause it took a bad step down the backstretch and note how IT (don't worry, HE's got balls even if they're in a jar someplace) came back near the end of that race. Inside post would help, looks like it likes the inside.
