What a great trip and let me start by thanking Jack for providing such a great venue here at Madjacks and he provided the same type atmosphere in Vegas. Even though I had met Jack previously at a SB party I was reminded again what a genuinely nice guy and class act he is and one hellva drinker. Man, I haven't drank like that in years, but it was so easy to do surrounded by such a great group of drunks, I mean guys. LOL :142smilie

It started for me on Thur afternoon. After arriving and getting settled in at the Monte Carlo, I met up with Jack and Kosar at their Suite in the Alladin and met lawtchan kneifl and the Judge for the first time, what an easy going friendly group of guys. BTW I wanted to thank lawtchan again for picking up the tab that night at the sports bar.

The next day at the luncheon at Max's I met Ms Dee again, a very nice lady and a CA neighbor who lives just up the road in Huntington Beach and her friend Barbara.

Here I also met for the first time AR and his lovely YOUNG wife Suzane, great people, AR is funny and is great to talk to. Also met DTB and his equally lovely and YOUNG wife Lee not sure on the spelling. Boy us old farts get the young women, my wife is also younger, gotta love it. Wayne is a real nice guy and it was great to finally meet a fellow conservative from MJ"s. LOL

Also met TerryRay for the first time, got to know more about him and his travels. He has to be the most knowledgeable person on anything and everything, I was amazed.

Let me add here that Kosar was his usual smiling good natured self. He and Jack complement each other so well, that's probably why they have been friends for so long. Just a great person to talk to and tell stories with especially when drinking, funny funny stuff.

Man this is going on forever. just let me mention the dinner at the Tillerman, it was first class and absolutely perfect. The food, service, drinks and ambiance was top notch. A BIG THANKS TO SCOTTY FROM BETJAMACIA AND JACK FOR A FANTASTIC DINNER. IT WAS SUPERB.

Almost forgot, I met Lanny (Senor Capper) for the first time at the dinner, we talked about living in Vegas and working security there as I have done also. I know this sounds all the same but Lanny was another easy going very nice guy, it was great to get to know him.

I know a good time was had by all and believe me guys, the next time there is a get together, don't pass it up, you can't go wrong getting to know the guys and gals from Madjacks.

Got a few pics I was going to post via Image Shack and get this message----
The file you attempted to upload is 1540 kilobytes.

Please use a third party resize tool such as the Microsoft Image Resizer to resize the file so that it is less than 1500 kilobytes

appears I'm 40 bites over and don't know how to reduce them :(

Kosar, they caught a big freaking hammerhaead down in your area. 1300+ lbs.! Now people are a bit ticked because she was carrying over 50 babies.

How the Hell are they supposed to know?

You drunk yet?

Forgive my barrage, just gonna catch up on some older posts that I missed or didn't have time to respond to.

Yes, to answer your question, I probably was drunk by that time...

Yeah, they've (PETA type freaks) have been bitching up a storm lately about all of these huge sharks they've been catching in the Boca Grande Pass down the road from here.

Whether it's the babies or the shark dies because they want to get it certifiably weighed, or whatever. Always bitching about the manatees, the poor sharks....whatever.

Sitting at the Hard Rock with Jack and Kosar posting from my handheld. Dinner was outstanding and the company was equally good. It has been great to finally meet some of my posting friends.

Thanks a lot for the drinks at the Hard Rock, Judge. Appreciate it and I had a great time BS'ing with you and hanging out with you. CR is next up, man.

damn jack is tall. I hope you guys are able to get up in a few hours.....

you should have left me your #, I would have given you guys a wakeup call

Have a safe flight home guys..

Wouldn't have mattered, Anthony, but appreciate it. I arranged for a 4:45am wake-up call. We slept through it. At 5:15 there was a LOUD banging at the door. I woke up and there were 2 guys in suits at the door making sure we were up. Never seen that before, but it was definitely appreciated it.

Jack still missed his 6:30 flight and he caught a 10:30 flight, so not that bad except for a long delay in Chicago so he didn't get home until like midnight or something. I barely caught my 7:05 flight and made it home at 4:30pm.

IX,

talking to jack this afternoon at an airport while he was waiting for his next flight, the plans and details are already in the works for a great super bowl party in the future...

If the possible sponser comes through, as it sounds like they will, it will be another great one after our 1 year hiatus. And I assume you'll be there??
