DSI wasn't here until CRIS bought them around 2004? Total Guess. SIA since about 2000 but skipped a few years in between. 5dimes since about 2001. Wagerweb goes back to about 2002 but skipped a couple years around 2007. There were 44 at one time, then our greedy gubment had to interfere.
