It's not either, that entire post was about him signing it with Hope this helps. I promise you that the poster you quoted has and had absolutely no intention of contributing anything to the conversation. Trust me.
I don't think Jaek is concerned with who was at fault as much as he wants all posters to refrain from the trolling and constant personal bashing of people. It is out of hand.
It isn't a matter of being able to put someone on ignore, as others might suggest. When posters are following others into threads or viewing another's activity for the sole purpose of insulting them or their family, they will eventually be removed from the site.
When one poster continually makes unwarranted and unsolicited attacks on another, they will eventually lose their ability to post here. No more cyberbully bullshit basically.
