So its been less than a year and my Mac crashed. :mj07:

When I went to start my Mac this morning some damn question mark popped up. I ended up reloading the OS on my system and everything seems to be there but its still acting a little weird.

Is there anything I should run make sure I don't need to take it in? Or something to be sure its running efficiently?

Thanks

I have yet to run into a problem. Some people NEVER shut thiers down and only put it to sleep. After a few months- it will cause problems. Not sure if this is something you do......

Shit. I shut mine down all the time. :mj07:

I guess it will be in sleep mode from now on. Its running better so i'm sure its okay. I'm gonna back everything up in case that happens again.

Well.....what I meant was..... Some never shut it down and they should. Try putting it to sleep for a week (every time you're done with it for the time being) and shut down completely once a week.

I shut mine down maybe once a week. In 2 years I have never had a problem with the MAC. Not one.

I never shut mine down unless I'm taking it somewhere which only happens once every few months and I've never had a problem.

Then again, I own a pc so that could be the difference.

It's obvious that if you are having a problem with a Mac then it is a user error.
