Maddox hurt bad???

Not watching the game. Just read it on yahoo. Sounds pretty scary. What did you guys think? Neck injury?

the announcers kept saying it was the hit to the head but i think it was when the defender's ass landed on his lower back. hopefully it isn't serious but it looked bad from tv. real bad.

Update during the SF game said he was knocked unconscious... then regained consciousness but had no feeling in his extremeties. Now in hospital they say he has slight tingling in extremeties. That doesn't sound good.

I watched the game on TV too and from what I could see, it looked like he was hit under his left shoulder pad. I think the collar on the shoulder pad was jammed into the left side of his neck. I think that was the impact that caused the damage. I think he was already out when the defender kind of fell against his lower back. I think it is a high back, or neck injury. Hopefully, something that can be repaired or time will heal. As MJ said, it didn't look good.
