Don't really care too much for people who bitch about being fat. It's all about desire and motivation. I hate going to the gym every day, but I do it.. If you want to lose weight, then cut out all the excess foods and do something about it :0corn

I walked 10 miles today. If I can keep from getting injured:rolleyes: it won't be a problem for me. I need to lose 15 pounds.

I've lost a lot of weight

I've lost a lot of weight

227 last year, 183 right now. I've lost 40+ lbs since last year this same time.

It's not as hard as it seems. Here are some of the things I did to lose the weight.

No more fast food (I might have it once a month)

Try to eat healthy (This is easy to do we just don't do it)

Get exercise (I no longer lift weights 4-5x week but I do go to the gym sometimes, more often I like to take kiki and koko on long walks)

I no longer drink beer or soda pop (Makes me feel bloated and has lots of calories, hard liquor is better for you anyways. Iced tea is best if you're not getting shit faced)

Eat 3 meals a day (Skipping meals is not good for you or your health, you'll find yourself snacking on junk food during the day more if you skip meals)

Just a few pointers on how I lost a lot of weight. A lot of my slacks don't fit me anymore so I'm donating them to charity, some are brand new and I wish I would have never cut off the tags. Oh well, it's a tax write off if I donate them to salvation army.

man that will be so cool if i can do that this yr :mj09: I'm 220 right now and wanna be 175 hopefully by the end of next yr :00hour but i will be workingout 5 times a week :scared

i was 200 lbs during this past july, started noticing some meat on the face, so i decided to lose it off (hard to do while studying sitting on my ass all day in law school and eating munchies late at night). Well I did something about it. Drink water at least 8-10 glasses a day, never skip breakfast. Oatmeal , lean cereal or protein shake for breakfast only (oatmeal is with water). Big lunch (though healthy), no more breads, pasta's, fast food, munchies. Exercise every day (cardio 20-30 mins a day) and weights 2-3x a week. Never eat after 7:30 pm, and for dinner i only consume chicken breast, salmon or a nice tom yung goon soup. Remember to eat 6 small meals a day, including fruits and vegetables. Doing this alone in the last 5-6 months (granted I allow myself a cheat meal 1-2x a week) I have lost about 30 pounds. Also, alcohol is very limited!! I urge many of you to take before and after pics (usually after a month) as motivation to see how you are doing. Feel much better an look much better.

No offense ABC, but you really come off as a huge douche. I'm certain you aren't as much of a douche as it would appear by the content of your posts, so I am here to wish you a Happy New Year. All the best in 2008................
