i was 200 lbs during this past july, started noticing some meat on the face, so i decided to lose it off (hard to do while studying sitting on my ass all day in law school and eating munchies late at night). Well I did something about it. Drink water at least 8-10 glasses a day, never skip breakfast. Oatmeal , lean cereal or protein shake for breakfast only (oatmeal is with water). Big lunch (though healthy), no more breads, pasta's, fast food, munchies. Exercise every day (cardio 20-30 mins a day) and weights 2-3x a week. Never eat after 7:30 pm, and for dinner i only consume chicken breast, salmon or a nice tom yung goon soup. Remember to eat 6 small meals a day, including fruits and vegetables. Doing this alone in the last 5-6 months (granted I allow myself a cheat meal 1-2x a week) I have lost about 30 pounds. Also, alcohol is very limited!! I urge many of you to take before and after pics (usually after a month) as motivation to see how you are doing. Feel much better an look much better.
