That was what he mentioned to me, too, DTB.
Had the pleasure of meeting him and his Asian wife under some trying times for him a few years back. he is originally from Dubuque, Iowa, and he was home because of his mothers' illness. We had a few beers and tossed the dice for a while then grabbed a bite to eat. traded war stories of seeing the Dead multiple times---and I thought I had some good Dead stories...
Soon after returning to California he e-mailed and said he'd probably wouldn't be around much because of work and his wifes' concerns about the whole gambling thing. A few months later I tried to send an e-mail and it was returned....:shrug:

He would come out for the first month or so of college hoops and hit lines early, he would win at an unbelievable clip. After 3 losses he would stop posting, just as he said he would.
I think last year was the first year he didn't post in a while. He had said at the time that with the govt crackdown on neteller, etc he was going to choose a new means of investment.
Damn that guy was good, when he posted it felt like christmas morning in nov
