I have a rental home and after learning that if you make over x amount, you can not have the write off's on taxes..........so... fuck it, I am going to sell the home as I do not need the frustration of renter's that do not pay on time and everything else that goes with the bullshit.

Yep. I have 20k in expenses/losses that I can't claim because me and the wife make too much. It's a fucking nightmare....especially in this economy/market.

I have my sisters 3 kids til sat ages 2,5,8:scared I'm on maternty leave this week nothing like chasing a 2 yr old all day :SIB Need a babysitter call Uncle Theismann :0008 Kids are learning some new language also this is a extra cost :popcorn2 Another double I believe I will kids in bed:toast:
