I've read a lot about those. It seems that everyone LOVES them.

I'll be interested to hear more about your new cooker.

Yep, is electric/pellet cooker, can smoke or cook on high. Is versatile and so far.......has been great. I will do a brisket Jack and get back with ya :toast:
