I am fully recovered from the nashville drinking marathon and will be popping my first mickey around noon today.
my last smoking day, drinking day until superbowl weekend, and all fun food, fast food, sweets, etc until i drop 15-20 (about 6-8 weeks)

i had to have some fun today since i didn't yesterday :00hour
