it was a huge pain in the ass but i took all my IRA's (3 accounts) out of my oppenheimer mutual funds that my fukin accountant setup for me and transferred them to ameritrade trading account.

ask ameritrade, they will lead you through it. no penalties, nothing. it's still my retirement account but *I* make the decisions. i can lose as well as they do. know what i mean. the way the market is right now,all you need is a dartboard. :shrug:
