Hey bud, I used to run alot too. I would do 6 miles a day and 15 on Sundays. Got so I couldn't go with out it Remember one nite I was in bed about 10pm and it was about 10 degrees out, I got out of bed and went running. Broke both ankles running but that didn't stop me till I hurt my hip. But I ramble on.:mj07:
