Just got home... here's my afternoon.

Three buddies and myself have a 3PM tee time at a nice course. Everyone is hitting the ball wonderfully so its good cheer and good fun. Sun shining when it was supposed to be overcast. Perfect golfing afternoon.

Get to my car and the remote doesn't unlock my car. Dead battery. Try to jump it and it doesn't work.. Dead batter cell. Head to NTB and they charge me installation costs, battery, plus a bunch of bs charge and lock the door behind me at 6:20. Get back to the golf course, and the fawk at NTB sold me the wrong battery for my year and make.

Go to Wal Mart, pick up a $75 battey, no issues, car starts and I'm home showered and ready to relax.

Question:

Will NTB refund my 150 + rip off charges seeing as they sold me a battery with the wrong terminal connections?

How should I approach?

Got an "A" in logic in college many yrs.Ago. Would
take my car &Walmart battery with the receipt.To NTB ASAP! Tell them what happened&call BBB no satisfaction!:toast:
&show them what happened(ASAP)

Thanks, I would have done it tonight, but again they were closed and didn't have any voice mail. Figure they will AT LEAST refund the battery if not the installation and shop fees which they shouldn't have charged me. Definitely go into it nice but was completely put over the barrel and they knew they could do it with my car out of commission.


thanks for the response. If this is my biggest issue, life is good. :)

Woodley...1st of all WTF is NTB???

2nd, you said your car wouldn't start when you jumped it because of a bad cell. Your car will start when you jump it when you have a dead cell just give it time.

3rd $75 bucks is about right and who the F is NTB?
