I'm doing the rack of ribs for us for supper tomorrow. The shoulder is for Sunday. After I cooler it I'll put in in the fridge. Then Sunday morning I'll pop it in the oven to warm up.

That way I can help direct traffic when my side of the family comes over. (And play bartender)

That should warm up well. Right?
