Welcome to my world, Al.

This situation has affected me emotionally in a way that I have not previously experienced. Thankfully, I am at a place where $2500 will have no effect on my life moving forward but the betrayal aspect of RAYMOND's decision in this matter has had a tremendous effect on me.

For the record, RAYMOND only came forward with his admission of his stiff job after the following email exchange earlier today.

From: Judge
To: Raymond

Subject: AR's Stiff List

Looks like Al is on a mission to expose all MadJack stiffs.

I have no intention of telling him about your account but it would be nice for you to at least respond to my emails when I send them.

Just sayin'.

bussiness is not good at all! i am hurting right now, i will put myself on the stiff list.

Unlike many in my industry, I have not yet had been "hardened" by these types of circumstances which are frankly, a part of our business. I am thankful to be living back in Latin America which is where I spent my childhood and it feels to me like I have finally come home.

My life is good and I hold no ill will towards RAYMOND other than the hurt that I feel from the betrayal of a friend. I remain hopeful that he will make good on the debt soon so that our friendship can resume again.

You're a better man than me

Not really, Cie. I have always liked RAYMOND.

A lot.

Sometimes people make horrible decisions and I want to believe that this was the case here. I know from first hand experience that the construction industry in your country has been devastated over the past year and a half as my own firm was barely able to hang on by a thread and that was only by the result of our very loyal client base.

I have no doubt that RAYMOND's business has been severely affected by the near economic collapse in America but as I previously stated, it is the personal betrayal that bothers me the most.

BTW, RAYMOND is not the only BFC stiff here at MadJack's but no one else comes close to his level of stiffness.

BULLSHIT! If he was going to get paid you'd be on a payment plan! $20 buck a week and this would almost already be paid off!

You're blaming him? What a spineless, deflection of the truth. YOU KNOW WHAT, YOU ARE NOT WORTH THE TIME....

You should be blocked from posting in any forum section except General until this is resolved.

This should be footnoted for EVERYONE following you this upcoiming football season.

Expose them all.

Talk about the cat calling the kettle black. After countless posts alluding that "freeloaders" on welfare are ruining the country, you expose yourself as something way worse. If business is that bad, and you do not have the self discipline to control yourself from booking big money parlays, then you really need help.

I am not sure why he is not banned, but I honestly wish ill on him.

dude...i say this with your best interests in mind...not a good thing(we`re talking $2500 here)..karma can be a bitch....:toast:

let me add...judge must have known that raymond was in a bind if he gave him $2500 in credit...and i`m sort of surprised that there wasn`t a stipulation that included some sort of payment plan as a pre-condition....

all that said, this is not intended in any way as an indictment of the judge...he was obviously doing this as a favor to a friend...and because raymond requested the credit line.....seems it was a generous favor extended to a friend...but,when these issues involve money(as we`ve read in this thread),well, you know the rest...

raymond made a major mistake wagering with money he didn`t have...gambling 101...sounds like a little vigorish should be added in for carrying the loan(as a good faith gesture from raymondo)...;)

threads like this make me grateful that i`m a two-bit recreational gambler....

Iknow you are, and yes, karma can be a bitch, but I was just venting a bit. The $$ not as much of a prob(as I mentioned in my post) as was the three large parlays knowing that he wass not going to pay anyway, and the bullshit taunting style responses yesterday.....

Why, like you said it's only $2500. We are not talking life altering $$ to almost anyone who works. Hell, in a bind, you can take a cash advance from a credit card at 30%, and pay $200 monthly for 19-20 months. Guess what, Ray would have paid by now had he done that.

Judge has likely learned a hard lesson and should actually be pleased to some extent that it only cost him $2500 to learn the truth about this slimy racist.

Raymondo? Pet names at a time like this:confused: Good faith? Laughable. When Ray layed out $2500 in 5 team parlays, what did he think the outcome would be? I'll tell ya. He was taking a shot at glory knowing full well what he was doing. He will never pay back the $$.

He is a low-life hypocrite lacking both education and self-control.

my brother..."at times like this"?...we aren`t talking the kennedy assasination or the oil spill...i just find it difficult to get all het up over minor money skirmishes in which all parties seem intent on setting themselves up for a fall...

i admit that all the bad craziness does make the forum more interesting,though...:0002

Ahh, the spill...... I don't listen to local news talk b/c I can't hear to another word of it. The lack of activity on the spill is disheartening at the bare minimum. 40% of our nations coastal wetlands are in Louisiana, and this will all be lost. Once the oil kills the marsh grass, then that portion of marsh is gone for good. So far, 100 miles of our vibrant coast are contaminated with. It is all over but the crying, sir......

I have seen many friendships over the years turn to chit over gambling debts. I'm talkin' about guys who grew up together, played ball together and raised families with each other. It is sad to see that people just don't care who they hurt when it comes to money. The real hurt is when you find that someone you considered to be a true friend, has only used you for their own financial gain.

I'm curious how many bets Raymond made during that November to April period when he didn't earn a penny.

There are many operations that run like this now. Just about every local bookie has always worked like this, correct?

The Judge extended this same service to Raymond because he thought of him as an acquaintance. This is no different than your local; just more global.

And last note on Chad is his comment about AR verifies my thoughts on him that, in the end, he is a class A prick. I only hope he doesn't teach his children the same.

On the course!
And people don't like me, 'cause I "hurt their feelings"............

Stone cold welchers on gambling forum. You're about as popular as a pedophile on a playground.

And Judge? By forgiving this turd, you just green light him to fuck over the next guy with a clear conscience. Nothing more.

It's great that you can live with it, and that says mountains about you, but you aint doing Ray, or the next victim, and yes.......they ARE a victim, any favors.
