dude...making a pick publicly in the picks thread......then making another pick "invisibly" and shooting smurphy an e mail to keep it quiet if it doesn`t swing your way does not a winner make.....:SIB

You STILL don't understand how the contest worked, huh?

This is Agent- I'm just getting home and I might as well set the record straight from my end. I don't plan to make any other posts on this or any other matters here so don't go banning my wife too.

As far as posting here, I had no idea I was even banned and had no intentions of posting again anyway so never even tried to log in. I guess a month or 2 went by? When I found out through Face Book that Bahama Mama had passed I tried to find a picture of her from the Super Bowl to send to her daughter. I had to log in to search the GF and thats when I saw I was "turned off". LOL

It's pretty gutless how you turned my handle off but didn't show I was banned. HAHAHA. "because of a month of inactivity":0074 I was just talking to IO and he said he has not posted in 2 years but never got "turned off". HMMMMM

ANY-way....It's also humorous that you would assume automatically I was stiffing. Why is that exactly since I have never stiffed a person in my entire life? Whatever.

I have had running fantasy bets with BDB for I think 3 years. He lost the 2 previous times and paid up both times. Once it took him a month to pay as he was waiting for a check from a sportsbook I think, maybe poker. It was a non issue. We have only ever emailed back and forth, never personally talked. LOTS of times we would go 2-3 months without any contact. He still emails my Hotmail account which I almost never check. Keep in mind hundreds of dollars in bets between us would transpire as we bet about $50 a week on fantasy golf. We both kept track and never felt the need to check in much, except maybe someone taking a bad beat or to talk some shit. I am certainly not a hard person to get ahold of and that's what is so frustrating to me. Several could have hit me on my good email, or FB, or text. I have told BDB a couple times Hotmail was bad for me and hit me on Gmail if need be, but I don't blame him for not remembering that. Jack has my phone number and email and could have easily reached me instantly when he saw a potential issue. But that would take a bigger man right.?...nuff said.

A few months ago BDB and I agreed to settle our bet after fantasy hoops. It had been like a year since any settling had been done. It was obvious I would be the one paying out, no biggy. We agreed on the amount of $800 and had some email correspondence, and he gave me his address. I told him I was taking care of a couple things and when it came in I would send him the dough. If he was not ok with that I would have done Pay Pal immediately or sent him a check immediately. It was all good. I take full blame for not checking back in with him to see what was up. I did not think in the LEAST he was worried about it. I was simply waiting for my check from a sports book to take care of it. I honestly am sorry to HIM that he was left out thinking I was ignoring him. I have the $$$ and wasn't making some bet I can't pay. I have been playing a lot of live poker lately, and trying on some WSOP stuff and didn't want to take a grand out of my BR if I didn't have to and HE WAS PERFECTLY FINE WITH THAT. My only regret is not checking my Hotmail to see he had emailed me a couple times wondering wtf. I regret BDB thought I was stiffing or slow rolling HIM. I could give 2 shits about Madjack or any of you that don't know me. Those that do know better so it's all good. I have paid every bet I have ever made, period. I don't blame BDB for his reaction I guess, it's just so frustrating when I could have easily been reached.

It's funny how things work. I got home really late last night from playing and saw my check and went to Hotmail to let him know Jes was sending the cash. Then I see there are like 4 emails from him freaking out, I was like uh oh. Then I read my other email and a friend had notified me of all this. Thanks Al you Jew fuck for minding everyones business. :mj07:

I can tell you 1 thing, if I was planning on stiffing him ,some thread on a board where I was banned for no reason would sure as hell not make me decide to pay up! I'm not a sponsor like some people.

He even banned Mr. Mel!

Have a nice life fellas, I miss a lot of you guys so shoot me a message some time, ON FUCKING GMAIL!

I guess it makes you feel better to blame others for paying a debt late. Typical.

I also guess it was ok for you to have a history of minding other people's business here at Madjacks, but don't like it when others get involved with your slow paying a debt. After all you think you are special.

It's funny how the true colors of a person come out when he /she are upset....So tell us agent, where did you learn to be anti-semetic ?

Agent goes over to his hotmail account to email BDB to tell him that the money was late. . . and then is surprised that BDB communicates to him through that same email account :0074

Lying through his teeth and giving some poor guy the run around over a measly $800. The list of excuses is a mile long. Glad that BDB's finally getting paid and what a co-ink-a-dink that it's the day after AR started the thread. ;)

I thought the same thing. Interesting.

In other news, I hear Agent is working on a new project in Boston for awhile and won't be able to respond much or send any money until his boss says he can go home. He's also out personally for some former mail-clerk that swiped some money orders he just left in a mail room thinking they would find their way to the rightful owners.
